I offer to to accompany you in small groups, or in individual classes to reconnect to the breath of life, Prana, or Qi, (depending on your references), freeing us from our beliefs and to be in the real experience of the moment, of the present.
Remember that the word "present" in English means "gift." We too often forget that the simplest things are the essence of our existence, like breathing. Without this rhythmic movement, both internal and external, we cannot truly experience the environment around us, and feel life circulate through , around and in us completely.
My teachers, Julie Trouillet (Yoga et moi) and Jai Dev (Life Force Academy, USA), have both accompanied me on my journey of accepting and loving my body, both inside and out. It is the gift I was given at birth to discover my senses and the meaning of my life.

Kundalini Yoga
Everyone has heard of kundalini. It is even expressed beyond the human body, in the energetic landscape of waterways (the Nile), and the network of sacred places on Earth.
My practice is becoming more precise thanks to the Kriyas, breathing sequences to deepen our connexion to life.
This communication between the internal and external worlds occurs with every movement of our lungs, but also with our awareness of our environment, our choices, our actions, and our words.
Our mind paints a picture of our possibilities based on our past experiences and the analytical understanding the brain derives from them. It cannot offer us a new experience without this foundation, yet there exists a center within us that transcends these constraints to embrace the freedom of life...
The heart!
This rhythmic vibration resonates within us, animates our body, and our subtle bodies interacting with the entire sensitive, emotional, sensual spectrum of life.
And yet, breathing and heartbeat follow a continuous and unconscious rhythm for most of us!
Kundalini yoga is not a technique for controlling these two energies within us, but rather a liberation of these spaces, to leave us free in our interactions with the external world and our conscious choices.
